Russia’s Aeroflot IFRS net loss widens 86% January–June
MOSCOW, Aug 31 (PRIME) -- The net loss of Russian airline Aeroflot widened 85.9% on the year to 3.541 billion rubles in January–June, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards, the company said in a statement Monday.
Revenue rose 25.8% to 176.467 billion rubles.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) soared to 13.311 billion rubles from about 5 billion rubles in the same period last year, the EBITDA margin grew to 7.5% from 3.6%.
